Bethany Boulger

Bethany is a massage therapist, Yoga Teacher, Life coach and lover of adventure and Self growth. Bethany began practicing massage therapy in 2001 after attending Florida College of Natural Health in Sarasota, FL. She has travelled the world to study a variety of modalities including Hawaiian Lomilomi massage and Traditional Thai massage.

Bethany has taught Yoga Alliance Certified YTT’s and is currently teaching a massage apprenticeship training. As a teacher her passion for guiding others shines.

Bethany loves spending time in nature, reading poetry and enjoying the simple things in life. She lives in Vermont with her husband Tyler and their son Jai in Southern Vermont.

Lynette Audy

Lynnette specializes in Kripalu meditative massages, Ayurvedic bodywork , Intergrative Positional Therapy. She has worked at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health for the past number of years.

She loves to travel, hike and explore the great outdoors.

Hannah Holt

Massage Apprentice

Originally from the west coast, Hannah is a massage apprentice who integrates her love for the ocean and the green mountains into her practice. Her passion for the healing arts has been lifelong but her time as a bedside nurse in the local hospital birthing center reinforced her amazement of the human ability and the power of heart and mind. Her interests in massage include perinatal and postpartum massage, strengthening individual spirit, and increasing the bodies ability to heal. Hannah bring a trauma informed approach to her massage care. Hannah is a trained doula, photography enthusiast, and creative writer. She and her family split time between the Boston area and the green mountains.

Hannah holds space through compassion and spirit to allow others to experience the magical benefits of massage therapy.

Nora Paquin

Massage Apprentice

Nora’s pursuit of massage therapy is inspired the connections she made working in the healthcare field for over a decade. She has discovered massage therapy as a platform for fostering deep connections that allow her to care for each individual in a holistic and heart led way. Through her compassion, empathy and kindness Nora provides a safe space for healing and inspiration.

Nora enjoys being an active member of the community through teaching art and volunteering. She calls the Village of North Bennington, VT home where she resides with her husband and two daughters. Her cup is filled through spending time with her family, especially at the lake!


Kat Daley

Reiki Practioner

Kat (she/her) is an avid student and passionate practitioner of all things helpful and healing. She is pragmatic and intentional in the integration of ancient wisdom traditions and spirituality with western learning, models, and approaches to health care. Kat has been a social worker for 15 years and is a long time mental health therapist mostly in educational and/or treatment settings. Kat also studies and teaches yoga and yogic philosophy, shamanic and indigenous perspectives, health coaching, intuitive and divination techniques, and energy medicine, including Reiki.
